CLIMBING DIRECTOR – HAWAII 
Maui Canyon Adventures seeks a COPE graduate to work full-time year-round
guiding rappelling tours, constructing and directing high and low ropes
courses and a climbing wall at the Maui, Hawaii, Boy Scout camp and nearby
areas. Variable schedule. $15.00 per hour plus medical insurance & other
benefits. Base salary of $1500 per month until the hourly rate exceeds
this. Annual pay raises of $1.00 per hour up to $20. Overtime pay at time

the Northeast Maine countryside. Qualifications: Wilderness Instructors
work a focused 8 days on – 6 days off expedition and base style-schedule.

Job Description: Teach outdoor education to elementary and middle school

The Pines Catholic Camp located in the heart of the East Texas piney woods
is seeking individuals to comprise its Ministry Staff for the 2008-2009
retreat season. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Leading Confirmation, Awakening and other faith enriching retreats as well
as teaching Environmental Education - experiential education program
designed for upper elementary students to have hands-on activities in
nature. Candidates should have a positive relationship with the Catholic

DIRECTOR OF ANIMAL PROGRAMS / ANIMAL KEEPER – MISSOURI 
Director of Animal Programs for Bear River Ranch: Bear River Ranch is a
240 acres children's summer camp facility with an emphasis on animals.
Bear River Ranch is home to over 300 animals of over 115 varieties. This
summer we will serve over 1000 children. We offer eight animal related
courses including Adopt an Animal (campers take on the responsibility of
caring for an animal for one week), Animals 101 (an overview of the animal
kingdom and specifically the animals at the Ranch), and Jr. Vet. This
position is responsible for all aspects of care for our diverse collection
of mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. During the
summer months this position is responsible for the training and

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR/RECREATION SUPERVISOR – NEW YORK 
This management position is based in New York City from September to May
and in Greene County, NY from June to August. As the Assistant Director of
Harriman Lodge, a residential camp for adults with mild to moderate
developmental disabilities, this person assists with all aspects of camp
management and supervision. During the school year, this person oversees
12 - 15 recreation programs for both children and adults with
